Things to look for when buying Used Designer Clothing

More than just the way something looks you really have to learn as much as you can about the item that you are interested in purchasing. Just as you would when you are in a department store, when buying something on line, ask questions. You can e-mail the site and communicate with the owner of the site as to the true condition of the item posted.
What questions do you want to ask? Well I would start with - "How old is the item?" and "How many times has the item been to the dry cleaner?" and don't forget - "What condition is the item in, really what condition is it in?" Any reputable seller will answer all of those questions, and more, honestly. Retailers, whether on-line or in a brick and mortar store want their customers to buy, enjoy, tell other people about good experiences and most of all come back and buy again.
The red leather jacket shown above is posted on my website www.runwayclothesconsignment.com. I can honestly answer all of the above questions; This jacket is over 10 years old. Purchased in Florida, the jacket was worn only a handful of times. The jacket has never been to the dry cleaners, thus there is not a chemical smell or residue on the jacket. The jacket is in 'good' condition. It is not new, and I can't honestly say it is in 'perfect' condition, but it is over 10 years old.
Buy your used Designer Clothing on line from reputable dealers. You will not be disappointed.
Oh and did I forget to say, have fun and save, save, save $$$$$$.
